Tryahu started with a simple frustration: finding real products at a fair price, delivered when promised. We launched in Accra in November 2017, founded by Ahu Kofi Emmanuel, after one too many disappointing online orders — items that weren't authentic, prices that didn't add up, deliveries that never showed. Tryahu was built to fix that. Today we sell smartphones, electronics, men's fashion, Ghanaian smocks (fugu-Batakari), fragrances, wellness products, and everyday lifestyle essentials — sourced directly from verified suppliers and trusted brands, not middlemen guessing at what's real. Profit isn't the only thing we're building toward. A share of what we make goes back into the communities we sell to — supporting local artisans and small businesses, helping young people get into tech, backing health and wellness awareness, and pitching in on environmental cleanup efforts around Accra. Take Yakubu Abubakar, a young batakari (smock) artisan from Tamale. We worked closely with him — offering business advisory support and giving his craftsmanship a platform to reach customers beyond his hometown. Today, he's our top-performing batakari supplier.
